KGA Design does it again, helping raise funds for charities through his sustainable furniture art collection.
We are thrilled to be able to help The Rose in their efforts towards fighting breast cancer. With the support of donors, we were able to help raise money for their cause and dedicate this chair in their new Galleria location.
The Rose is a Houston is non-profit breast cancer organization that provides services and support to all women regardless of their ability to pay.
From left, Harris County Judge Ed Emmett and The Rose CEO Dorothy Weston-Gibbons invite the community to attend the Grand Opening of the new The Rose Galleria on Feb. 18 from 4 – 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. The new 8,000 square-foot, state of the art breast screening and diagnosis center is located at 5420 West Loop South in the Foundation Surgical Hospital and Foundation Medical Tower. Attendees will enjoy informal tours, refreshments and opportunities to meet the Rose’s staff. Women can make mammogram appointments. The chair pictured in the photograph was designed by Kelly Gale Amen, KGA designs, for The Rose, and is located in a waiting room at The Rose Galleria. Judge Emmitt and his wife, Gwen, are generous supporters of The Rose.
