What better way to present the work of KGA Design than a couple of highly-focused books & brochures? Explore our work in depth through visual and literary explorations of projects, pieces, and above all visions.
How do you define timeless? In this book, we’re going to challenge your definition, whatever it is. We’ve put together a collection of images from projects past and present. Can you identify which decade each photograph was immortalized in?
Years come and go, and often we find ourselves entrapped in cycles and trends. Many people look back at years past and cringe at their style – we do the opposite. We celebrate it. But that is why we place such a high focus on timelessness: you simply cannot tell past from present.
The evolution of a brand is never linear: it is, if at all patterned, sinusoidal. Ups and downs, periods of inspiration and periods of perspiration. But when one remains true to vision and authenticity, the brand does not suffer – only its intensity does. Explore our timeless pieces even further:
Our most famous product, displayed in our most favorite way. The Poof Scrapbook presents the many environments in which happy owners display their KGA Design Poofs. Explore and find out how you can get one of your own!
Sturdy and cast in the United States, our metals stand the test of time and the test of taste. We of course could not overlook their history and relevance in the journey of KGA Design, and we invite you to explore these facets in this scrapbook.
There are a few designers who can proudly say “I’m known for this.” Amongst these is our very own Kelly Gale Amen, who is known for his mastery of mirrors and juxtaposition. Don’t believe us? Skim through this scrapbook and see for yourself!
Our experience with wood goes beyond your average morning, expanding into all times of day and all environments. From tables to beds to desks, our wooden pieces form a complete ecosystem that allows for living, loving, and working. Explore more in the scrapbook.
Soft and often hand-woven, our textiles are manufactured in Bangalore and imported to the States on-demand. They are not commercially available but instead created with a purpose. We do, however keep track of our textiles, and we invite you to explore them in action!
